I am so happy and excited about this because I have been wanting to have this particular blog for the past 2 years!!!! I could not take it any more, so I took the plunge and purchased the software and started putting it together!!! I am just so happy with how it turned out, I just wish I would have done it when I had originally wanted to...oh well, live and learn, right?

I had such a good time with Jaclyn and Jeff on their wedding day!!! Jaclyn was pretty much me with tanner skin and darker hair...basically, I LOVE her! Even though her wedding day was the first we had met, she and her friends and family made me and my husband feel like were were all best friends! It really was a totally fun and unique wedding and I am so thankful that I got to be a part of it.

Dana and Jordan are such a beautiful couple! They are so in love and I had such a blast working with them! We got so lucky and had a break in the rain and were able to shoot the entire session without getting rained on...and we had gorgeous light! I could not have asked for a more perfect session!

Let me start out by saying that I am SO happy to be back into wedding season!!! Weddings are possibly my favorite thing that God has created to photograph, and I always get over excited when wedding season comes around! That being said, Afton and Shay made my world by having such a beautiful wedding to start the year!!! They had spectacular locations, a hott wedding party, and everyone was so much fun to shoot!! I could not have asked for more!! Oh, and did I mention that we had WARM weather all day?! This was the perfect wedding for sure!

I feel so terrible for being such a tardy-pants with blogging about this session...I shot it months ago. Luckily, Isabella is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen, and her photos turned out amazing! She is my best friend's little girl, and she already has stolen my heart! Thank goodness for friends who have babies just for me to take pictures of ;) haha

Jordan and Ashley are good friends of mine that really wanted something different for their engagement photos...they wanted to take them in the middle of winter! It was SO cold, but you would never know by looking at them(besides the fact that there is snow everywhere). I really love how they turned out!

The Fast's are such a beautiful family...seriously though, look at them! Not to mention how incredibly good the kids are. Unfortunately, the one day we decided to take pictures, It was freezing cold! Poor Clayton and Whitley were freezing, but they tried their best to stay happy.

Jaylen is such a little man, and he is made to model! He has the most ridiculous eyes, and he really knows how to work it for the camera. I am in love with these pictures!

I absolutely LOVE the Simmons! Daniel and Sarah are great friends of mine, and I have been blessed with the chance to take pictures of their beautiful family. Nolan just celebrated his 1st birthday and I got to be there to capture the important moments... I also got to do a mini family session after the party was over! (I included some older pictures of the kids at the bottom of the post because they are just that cute)

I can't believe how much Neviah has grown!

I got the chance to photograph my first child session about a week ago, and i LOVED IT!!! Riley and her mom Jody could not have been more amazing(or more beautiful)! Riley was so great to work with...she was running, laughing, and telling me all sorts of stories... it so easy for me to take her picture! We clicked right away, and we had such a good time! Thanks for playing with me Riley!

Serena and Matthew had such a beautiful wedding! It was so simple and completely unique... they got married in the front yard of Serena's landlord's house! It was amazing, and I am so grateful that they allowed me to be a part of their day!

It has been a long time coming, but I'm finally putting together my new website. For the past couple of weeks I have been working nonstop on it, and it's just about ready to launch!!! I'm so excited for everyone to see it...I really love how it is turning out!

Here is a shoot I did a while ago with my friend Sam. She did such an amazing job modeling for me...even though it was below zero, snowing, and really windy outside, she kept her composure and looked beautiful in every frame.
